The Challenge:

Vantage Point Analytics wanted to build a brand Protection Analytics tool that would enable brand managers to view factory activity and be more responsive to process anomalies in real-time.

Solution:

The Matic partnered with StratApps to create the workflow and interface design. The end result is a unified application that accommodates existing data flow, structure and process, limited APIs availability, product, workflow, location and regional variances. The Business Intelligence captured in this tool, originally intended to create alerts an early identification of potential theft, now also generates performance and comparative metrics that create a standard for measuring efficiencies in factories across South America and Asia.
